I have been a ceramic artist now for 18 years. Teaching in many locations
ranging from home studios, community centres, and from a factory studio.
I
have taught hundreds of people from all walks of life how to paint and
decorate ceramics and I still get a buzz from past students who I meet up
with who are either still enjoying ceramics as a hobby or are learning and
enjoying another art medium. I used to judge at ceramic shows across the
state and was amazed at the talents of both young and old. Over the years
being able to paint on a variety of clays has enabled me to keep my interest
in this fascinating medium of cast clays.
I now enjoy being an artist when I want to be.......art is life!
